grace-119x150Grace L. (Morin) Jatrinski, 92, of Quinapoxet Street, Jefferson, died Saturday, February 06, 2010 in Dodge Park Rest Home, Worcester after an illness.

Her husband of 59 years, Benjamin J. Jatrinski, died in 1998. She leaves two sons, Ronald J. Jatrinski and his wife Jeannette of Winter Haven, FL and Robert J. Jatrinski of San Diego, CA; a daughter, Joan M. Perry and her husband Donald of Paxton; two brothers, Armand Morin of Leominster and Raymond Morin of West Boylston; 5 grandchildren, David Perry, Sharon Olivieri, Brian Jatrinski, Craig Jatrinski and Darlene Harris; 8 great grandchildren; Jennifer, Steven, Justin, Ashley, Jake, Brett, Kayla and Lucas; many nieces and nephews. Five brothers, Leon, Charles, Joseph, Wilfred, and Roland Morin and two sisters, Mildred Lemieux and Helen Lacroix predeceased her.

Grace was born in Laconia, NH the daughter of Edward and Odile (Chabot) Morin and lived in Jefferson for most of her life. She was a machine operator at General Electric in Worcester and also worked as a housekeeper at Rutland Heights Hospital before she retired. The family would like to thank everyone at Dodge Park Rest Home and the Jewish Home Hospice for their care and compassion.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 3 to 5 p.m. on Monday, February 8th, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. The funeral for Grace will be held on Tuesday, February 9th, from the funeral home with a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 114 Princeton Street, Jefferson. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Church, P.O. Box 2200, Jefferson, MA 01522-0190.
