Healing Heart Hospitality House presents, David Rynick, Resident Teacher at Boundless Way Zen Temple in Worcester, will present “At Home Where We Are”. Come to this NO COST evening of an introduction to the Practice of Meditation. This introductory session will feature basic meditation instruction and practice as a tool for caregivers to learn to be present for themselves even as they fulfill the many demands of the role of caregiver.
