A Thank You Letter.

from the family of Janet Consiglio

Thank you...

Dear Micha and Ben,

On behalf of myself and my entire family I would like to express our
sincerest thanks and gratitude for the care that our mother, Janet Consiglio,
received while at Dodge Park.

We were, as I am sure with all families, unsure of the quality of care that she
would receive and whether or not she would acclimate and feel comfortable
there. She not only was comfortable there, but she received care and caring
from your staff well beyond our hopes. It amazed us, anytime we were there,
how each staff person would address her, and every resident, by name with
an expression of true concern for them. This extended from the nursing staff,
to kitchen staff, housekeeping, and management.

My wife and I would make a special effort to watch staff interactions with
residents when no one was around. This would give a true indication of what
our mother was experiencing when we weren’t around. At no time did we
ever see anything but kindness, tenderness, and understanding from the
staff, even under some very trying times with the resident that they were
dealing with. This was so gratifying to witness.

I would be remiss not to mention the one on one help that I received from
Debbie when negotiating the Mass Health, Medicare, and VA. I have never
had to deal with the paperwork needed for any of those organizations and
could not have done it without her help. She was patient and understanding
with me and helped me each year when the reports were due.

Please pass along my personal thanks and gratitude to every member of your
staff for the kindness they gave to my mother. Unfortunately due to Covid19,
I cannot come and give each one of them a hug and personal thank you.
