Dear Mr. Herlinger and Mr. Shalev,
I wanted to write a short letter and let you know how much I appreciate the care my mother recevies at Dodge Park. All of your staff is wonderful, and they really care about Mom’s welfare. Everytime when I visit in the afternoon, the nurses aide will stop by the room and let me know how Mom ate that day, because she knows that is one of my main concerns. I cannot say enough about your staff. I have had contact with just about everyone, and all of them are polite and helpful. Dodge Park is very clean and just feels like home. I would not want my mom to go anywhere else and I am so glad you had an empty be when we needed it, and she was able to come to Dodge Park.
I also want to thank you both for all the help and kindness you have given my Mom and I. It is not often that you see the owners of a rest home on a daily basis.
