Veteran Administration Aid and Attendance 2010 Rates
The Veterans Administration followed suit with Social Security and DID NOT increase the Aid & Attendance Pension for 2010. While the cost of your community is increasing, your residents and prospective residents will not see an increase in their monthly income. This along with record low interest rates and a poor housing market make promoting VA benefits more important than ever for the health of your census.
2010 monthly Aid & Attendance rates are as follows:
Surviving Spouse in Need of Care $1,056
Independent Veteran with Spouse in Need of Care $1,291
Single Veteran in Need of Care $1,644
Veteran in Need of Care with Spouse $1,949
